Success Stories and Testimonials: Feature the success stories of young members who have made a tangible impact through ONN. Share these stories on social media, in newsletters, and at events to inspire others and demonstrate the power of youth-driven change.
Annual Impact Reports and Awards: Publish an annual report highlighting the achievements of ONN youth participants, with awards for outstanding contributions. Recognizing these achievements reinforces the message that young people are making a real difference.

Interactive Platforms: Access to social media platforms and mobile applications for engagement, including updates, virtual town halls, polls, podcasts and idea-sharing forums where members can voice their opinions.

Pairing Young Participants with Experienced Mentors: Connection with mentors who have experience in governance, social advocacy, entrepreneurship, or community organizing. This one-on-one relationship can provide them with personalized guidance, insights, and support.
